🕒 Schedule: 9am-6pm Monday through Thursday preferred with 30-35 hrs to start with (flexible options available and can build to full 40 hours/wk as caseload builds))

Competitive CompensationOTR $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week
COTA $59,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week
Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
Flexible models may include additional pay-per-visit options if desired
On-site mentorship with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy
Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for guidance in complex cases
Clinical Competency Specialist for specialty-specific training

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
1 year pediatric experience preferrred
