Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service existing insurance accounts
- Prepare quotes, applications, and renewal documentation
- Respond to client inquiries, coverage changes, and claims assistance
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
- Follow up on warm leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with team members and producers to ensure high client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our agency management system

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1 year of insurance, customer service, or sales experience (preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
