Cole Ford and Cole CDJR are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our dealership accounting team. This position offers the opportunity to learn several areas of dealership accounting while building valuable skills and growing into a long-term role. Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain new-vehicle inventory
- Set up and maintain accounts receivable
- Process vehicle deals accurately and efficiently
- Handle title-related duties and documentation
- Prepare and email customer statements
- Provide general accounting and dealership office support
- Learn and consistently follow established accounting and dealership processes
- Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail and follow-through
We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and follow-through
- Dependable, capable, and comfortable handling varied responsibilities
- Ability and willingness to learn established processes and procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Accounting degree preferred, but not required
- Interest in learning multiple accounting functions and developing a long-term career with the dealership
