Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Full Time

Cole Family Practice is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)! Part-time candidates will also be considered for the right fit.
We are a small, well-established family practice in Hermitage, TN that has proudly served Middle Tennessee since 2009. Founded and owned by a FNP/CNM, our practice is built on compassionate, patient-centered care and strong provider relationships. You would join a collaborative team of three nurse practitioners while maintaining the autonomy to care for your own patient panel with support from experienced colleagues.
At Cole Family Practice, we care for the whole family and offer a wide variety of services including:
- Newborn and pediatric care
- Women’s and men’s health
- Mental health care
- Prenatal and postpartum care
- Acute and chronic disease management
- Procedures
- Hormone replacement therapy
- Weight loss management
- IV therapy
- Select aesthetic services

Clinic Hours
Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Qualifications
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee
- At least 2 years of experience preferred
- Ability to treat patients across the lifespan
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented personality required
