Role: Senior Residential Electrician
Cole Electric Services is a small, privately owned residential electrical contractor serving homeowners in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Portsmouth. We're looking for an experienced residential service electrician to join the team. This is a full-time role.
You'll be responsible for residential service work like: troubleshooting and repair, service and panel upgrades, remodel wiring, installing circuits, devices, and lighting. You'll work directly with homeowners and supervise an assistant electrician.
Pay is hourly, not commission. We have no sales quotas, and you'll never be asked to upsell a customer. We'd rather do good work and keep customers for life.

Requirements
- 6 years of electrical experience, at least 2 in a lead role
- Strong residential troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working with customers
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a background check and provide references
A Virginia Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a major plus but not required.
