Automotive Leather Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled leather Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing leather and heated seats as well as other with precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform installations of products according to specifications and company guidelines.
• Utilize tools and equipment to ensure accurate installations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to verify functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues that may arise on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Install leather kits made by Katzkin, Roadwire or Alea

Requirements

• Proven experience in installation or a related field is preferred. (preferably one year or more)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Must be physically capable of performing installation tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various environments.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
