What does a job as a Real Estate Agent look like?

As a Real Estate Agent, you will nurture client leads by calling, texting, and emailing. You will walk your clients through the home buying and/or home selling process. As a teacher, you will share your expertise and help clients learn the important steps.

• Meet with people regularly and invest in your local community
• Take initiative and manage your business from start to completion
• Master the technology necessary to run your business as a Real Estate Agent
• Be the person your clients depend on - for one of the biggest decisions of their lives

No experience required - we will train you.

What are the job requirements?

Getting started is easier than you think.

• Be 18 years or older
• Willing to obtain a Michigan real estate license (we'll show you how)
• Willing to complete Coldwell Banker Schmidt, Realtors Real Estate Agent training - provided by us
