Role Description
This is a full-time, Team Member on-site role located in Dunnellon, FL, for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The role involves assisting, (Robert S Spangler II LLC Team Lead Sale Associate, I am NOT the broker),clients with buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the entire transaction process, marketing property listings, conducting property showings, providing insights on real estate market trends, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contacts.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License
- Solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
- Experience and proficiency in Sales and Customer Service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in and around Dunnellon, FL
- Technological proficiency, including the use of CRM tools and property listing software, is a plus
