Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Shift: Wed-Sat- 3pm- 1:30am
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance maintenance processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
