Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Coastal Delaware with work from home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for listing, marketing, and selling properties, advising clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages, and creating comparative market analyses (CMAs) to estimate property values. Other duties include networking to generate leads, scheduling and conducting property tours with potential buyers, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the process of buying or selling their homes.
