- Real Estate knowledge, including experience with buying, selling, and managing real property
- Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively address client needs and close transactions
- A valid Real Estate License
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and maintain attention to detail
- Familiarity with the Rochester, MN real estate market is a plus
- Access to reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet client needs
