Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our award-winning team, Elevate Powered by Coldwell Banker Realty. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, a passion for helping clients, and a drive to grow their business with the support of a proven system.
As a Real Estate Agent with Elevate, you’ll guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and present market analyses to help clients make informed decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Stay informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and property values.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations in every transaction.
- Manage administrative tasks related to listings, contracts, and client communications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and referrals.

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
