What You’ll Do:
• Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting with professionalism and care
• Market and negotiate listings to achieve the best results for clients
• Stay on top of market trends, pricing strategies, and local inventory
• Deliver exceptional communication and client experiences from start to finish
• Accurately complete contracts, disclosures, and closing documentation
• Collaborate with our marketing, admin, and operations teams for seamless service
What You Bring:
• Active Real Estate License (minimum 1 year experience required)
• Proven sales or client-service experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Spanish proficiency (a big plus!)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• A positive, team-oriented mindset
