The CRM Manager is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve customer relationships by managing the group's customer relationship management (CRM) system and data (Top Producer®).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the accuracy and organization of customer data within Top Producer®.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze customer data for trends, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement in sales, marketing, and service.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies that align with business goals, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications
- Experience using CRM software. Experience with Top Producer® a plus.

- Demonstrated capability to develop and implement long-term strategies that improve customer relationships and drive business growth.
Hours and Compensation
Hours: Part time, approximately 20 hours per week. In-office position at our Green Township office (6730 Ruwes Oak Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45248). Flexible hours/schedule TBD, based on candidate's availability. Opportunity to move later to a hybrid schedule, combining remote and on-site hours.
Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience.
