What You’ll Do
Transaction Coordination
· Manage listings and sales from pre-listing through closing
· Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to keep every deal on track
· Draft offer summaries and handle document management through Authentisign and MLS
· Keep transaction files organized, accurate, and accessible
Marketing & Client Care
· Design and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and signage (with CBR training on tools – Moxi, Listing Concierge)
· Help build brand visibility through online and print campaigns, social media, and direct mail
· Maintain CRM and website data for accurate client communication
· Support client relationships through thoughtful touches — weekly updates, cards, and events
Office & Administrative Support
· Manage daily office operations, vendor communication, and supply ordering
· Keep systems, records, and receipts organized and up-to-date
· Oversee the agent’s calendar, email, and scheduling needs
· Assist with special events and team initiatives
Listing & Buyer Support
· Prepare property details, highlight sheets, and marketing descriptions
· Schedule photographers, contractors, and stagers
· Input MLS listings and ensure all documents and media are complete
· Support buyers with showings, inspections, and closing logistics
What You Bring
· Experience in real estate or administrative support (preferred, but not required for the right person)
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MLS, CRM platforms, and social media
· The ability to juggle multiple priorities with calm, focus, and good humor
· A real estate license is not required at the time of hire, but will be sponsored and is expected to be obtained to support occasional property showings.
Compensation & Benefits
· $47,000-55,000 performance-based bonuses
· Option to offer insurance benefits in lieu of payment if needed
