Location: Lockport, ILEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30 min lunch; flexibility with manager approval)About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Title Administrator to join our team. This role supports the Title Agency through accurate data and order entry, administrative support, scheduling closers and closings, and customer communication. The Title Administrator also assists with internal operations and performs general office duties to ensure a smooth and professional closing experience for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform business-specific data entry and order entry with accuracy and attention to detailAssist with answering the incoming phone calls for the main office lineServe as the department’s point of contact for customer-related inquiriesAssist with internal and external communicationsComplete general office duties as neededSchedule real estate closings; coordinate dates and times with the closer and offices and confirm details with lenders, brokers, and attorneys (for purchases)Work reception, answer phones and greeting clients in a professional and courteous mannerWho We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication and customer service standards.
