Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30 min lunch; flexibility with manager approval)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Title Administrator to join our team. This role supports the Title Agency through accurate data and order entry, administrative support, scheduling closers and closings, and customer communication. The Title Administrator also assists with internal operations and performs general office duties to ensure a smooth and professional closing experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform business-specific data entry and order entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with answering the incoming phone calls for the main office line
Serve as the department’s point of contact for customer-related inquiries
Assist with internal and external communications
Complete general office duties as needed
Schedule real estate closings; coordinate dates and times with the closer and offices and confirm details with lenders, brokers, and attorneys (for purchases)
Work reception, answer phones and greeting clients in a professional and courteous manner
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication and customer service standards. Experience in real estate, title, or legal environments is helpful but not required.
