Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Realtor Sales Associate role based in Pembine, WI. The Realtor Sales Associate will help clients buy and sell residential and other real property, including conducting property showings, listing presentations, and open houses. Responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and offers, and preparing and reviewing purchase agreements and related documents. The role also involves coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings, as well as collaborating with lenders, title companies, and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions. The Realtor Sales Associate will maintain accurate records in brokerage systems, provide consistent client communication and service, and actively participate in local marketing, networking, and community engagement to build a strong client base.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of real estate and real property principles, including familiarity with local market trends, property types, and transaction processes.
- Proven sales abilities, including prospecting, lead conversion, and follow-up to meet or exceed production goals.
- Effective negotiation skills to advocate for clients’ best interests and navigate offers, counteroffers, and contingencies.
- Current or eligibility for a Wisconsin real estate salesperson license (or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting information to individuals and small groups.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, properties, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and real estate platforms (CRM systems, MLS, email, virtual meeting tools, and mobile apps).
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for showings, appointments, and community events.
- Prior real estate experience, sales experience, or knowledge of the Pembine, WI area is a plus.
