We are a high-performing, established real estate team seeking a Director of Operations to
oversee daily operations, manage systems and people, and help scale the business alongside
leadership. This is a leadership role focused on execution, accountability, and operational
excellence, not an administrative position.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across listings, transactions, marketing support, and internal
- staff
- Manage and support agents on the team, including administrative and transaction coordination roles, ensuring accountability and clarity of roles
- Organize and maintain email communications and internal workflows
- Manage and track current, pending, and closed transactions from contract to close
- Implement, document, and enforce systems, SOPs, and best practices
- Monitor KPIs, reporting, deadlines, and capacity planning
- Ensure exceptional client experience
- Coordinate with marketing support on basic execution and timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Real estate experience is helpful but not required
- We care more about proven work experience, leadership ability, and operational maturity
- Demonstrated experience managing processes, and priorities
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and problem-solving ability
- Confident, professional communicator who operates proactively and independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Plusses (Not Required, But Strongly Preferred)
- Experience managing teams in operations or leadership role
- Experience with MLS systems (Mainstreet REALTORS® or similar)
- Experience with Dotloop
- CRM experience (real estate or non-real estate platforms)
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic marketing workflows
- Experience using Google Email and Google Drive
- Licensed real estate agent a plus
- If not licensed, company will pay for licensing (stipulations apply)
Marketing & Systems Expectations (Foundational Level)
- Support execution of marketing systems and timelines
- Ensure listings, campaigns, and communications follow established processes
- Support Mailing Platforms (faming & E-newsletters)
Work Expectations
- In-office, full-time role
- Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend support when urgent operational
- matters arise (transactions, deadlines, client issues)
Compensation & Benefits
- Bonus’s of $20,000.00 yearly (portions given every month)

Compensation range reflects the operational scope of the role. Higher compensation is possible
- for a candidate who brings exceptional leadership, systems thinking, and execution strength.
Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
