Operations Manager / Executive Assistant – High-Performing Real Estate Team

Join an award-winning real estate team at one of the Top 65 Best Places to Work in Vermont! The Lipkin Audette Team is looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to run the day-to-day flow of the business and manage transactions from contract to closing.
This is not a passive admin role. You’ll be the person keeping deals on track, solving problems in real time, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks in a fast-moving environment. As a key member of the team, you’ll also support broader operational, administrative, and light marketing efforts while helping deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the transaction process from contract through closing
- Coordinate with agents, lenders, appraisers, attorneys, and clients
- Responsible for interacting with town officials to ensure all permits are closed
- Track deadlines, documents, and compliance requirements with precision
- Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and tracking systems
- Support marketing efforts, including light design (Photoshop)
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to enhance visibility in a competitive market
- Anticipate issues before they arise and keep deals moving forward
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners

Qualifications
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Strong multitasking ability with competing priorities
- Proficient in Excel (required); Microsoft Office Suite; light design experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Resourceful, dependable, and solution-driven
Experience
- Real estate experience not required, but strongly preferred
- Background in operations, project coordination, property management, or fast-paced administrative roles is a plus
