This is a full-time hybrid role based in Everett, WA, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Danforth-Everett, you will engage with clients to facilitate real estate transactions, providing expert advice and support throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, conducting property listings, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional client service. Brokers are also expected to stay informed on market trends to provide current and accurate insights.
- Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate practices, including property listing and transaction management
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management
- Expertise in Sales strategies and the ability to close real estate transactions effectively
- Knowledge of Real Property laws, regulations, and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Active Real Estate Broker License in Washington State
- Proficiency in technology and tools relevant to the real estate industry
- Experience in the Everett or greater Seattle market is a plus
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a hybrid setting
