Role Description This is a full-time, Commercial Real Estate Broker role based in Seattle, WA area. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will prospect and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain a pipeline of clients, and represent owners, investors, and tenants in sales and leasing transactions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing property valuations and proposals, marketing listings, and touring properties with clients. The broker will negotiate lease and sale terms, coordinate due diligence, and collaborate with internal support, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful closings. The role also involves consistent relationship-building, networking, and participation in local market activities to expand the firm’s presence and client base.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Commercial Real Estate and Brokerage, with experience managing sales and leasing transactions.
- Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation, including structuring and reviewing lease and sale terms.
- Demonstrated Sales abilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing transactions.
- Active or eligible Washington State real estate broker license (required or obtainable within a defined timeframe).
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with owners, investors, tenants, and industry partners.
- Solid analytical, financial, and market research skills, including understanding of property valuation and ROI metrics.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with professional presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple deals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, listing platforms, and standard office software; comfort with learning new technology.
