Accounting Associate (Raleigh, NC)
Position Overview
Coldwell Banker Advantage is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounting professional in our Raleigh, NC home office. This in-person, full-time position requires a high degree of organization, discipline and understanding of working within a large residential real estate enterprise. This position supports the accounting team with daily financial operations and administrative tasks. _______________________________________________________________________________________________
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Real estate transaction reporting
- Accounts payable
- Transactional recording and posting
- Bookkeeping duties
- Maintaining communication and updates with the sales organization
- Attend in-person meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proven ability to manage financial records
- Previously worked in a residential real estate supporting role
- Experience with all Microsoft office and Google Workspace applications
Candidate Profile:
- Strong team player with a high level of organization, self-discipline, and attention to detail
- Exceptional communicator – both verbal and written
- Solid understanding of accounts payable principles
- Desires to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
