What You’ll Do
As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll work with a team to maintain and improve client properties, including:

Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing lawns

Weed eating and creating clean, crisp lines along sidewalks, curbs, and beds
-
Mulching, leaf cleanup, pruning, and general landscape care

Assisting with sod installation, seasonal flowers, and property enhancements

Operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) safely

Wearing PPE and following all safety guidelines

Helping keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and ready for the next job

Environment
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, climb, and kneel, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally. The role involves exposure to all weather conditions and physical hazards such as noise, fumes, and dirt due to the equipment used. Routine use of heavy machinery and lawn tools is required, along with local, day travel.
Qualifications:Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 1 years of lawn care experience.
- Familiarity with power mowers, trimmers, hedge clippers, and other lawn care equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a hardworking attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to follow directions.
- 18 months or more of CDL A driving experience.
