🔨 What You’ll Do

• Install retaining walls, pavers, travertine, and natural stone

• Prepare base materials, grade sites, and set proper drainage

• Operate equipment such as a dingo, skid steer, and compactors

• Read plans and execute jobs with attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite (safety vests, cones, PPE required)

• Work closely with your Team Leader and crew to deliver top-quality results

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of hardscape installation experience

• Strong knowledge of base prep, compaction, and installation techniques

• Ability to operate small machinery and power tools safely

• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented

• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in all weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license a plus

Environment

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, climb, and kneel, and the ability to lift to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally. This position is regularly exposed to all weather conditions. Physical hazards such as noise, fumes, and dirt are present due to the equipment. This position routinely uses heavy machinery and lawn tools. This position requires local, day travel.
