As a Wealth Management Associate with a supportive and robust team, you will build relationships, translate complex information, and deliver a high standard of client service.
We have a hybrid work environment, with team members working in our office three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00-4:00) and then able to work remotely the other days if they choose.
Specific responsibilities include:
In terms of pay expectations, we assess each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications and offer competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to the team. Base pay typically starts at $80k - $100k plus an annual bonus opportunity and a generous benefits package.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Client Service Excellence: Going above and beyond to anticipate client needs, address concerns, and resolve issues quickly.
- Serving as a primary point of contact with clients
- Partnering with custodians/investment managers
- Overseeing the gathering of client information and managing data integrity
- Processing client-directed money movements and other account-related transactions.
- Client Onboarding: Overseeing and coordinating the new client onboarding process
- Client Meetings: Participating in client meetings and presenting clients with ideas and concepts in an organized and effective manner
- Coordinating meeting logistics
- Preparing meeting summaries and comprehensive meeting materials
- Creating and managing post-meeting action items
- Wealth Planning: Assist the team’s Wealth Managers in producing and presenting financial plans
- Mentorship and Collaboration
- Delegating and overseeing tasks assigned to Client Service Associates (CSAs).
- Providing guidance and mentorship to new or newly promoted client-facing team members, contributing to their professional growth.
- 2 years of client service experience within the wealth management or financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required; finance or related field preferred.
- Series 65 license and FPQP® or first CFP® module completed (or willingness to obtain within 12-18 months, sponsored by Coldstream).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Salesforce CRM, eMoney, or Tamarac is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with consistent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
