The Opportunity You will serve as a lead technical expert, diagnosing and resolving complex refrigeration issues for high-profile commercial and industrial clients. How You Will Make an Impact
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures in commercial refrigeration systems to restore client operations.
- Execute precision repairs and installations using state-of-the-art tools and technology provided by the company.
- Communicate technical issues and logistical needs clearly to the Service Manager to ensure rapid project completion.
- Manage a rotating on-call weekend schedule to provide dedicated emergency support to our industrial partners.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that uphold our four-decade legacy of quality and customer dedication.
- Coordinate personal dispatch schedules and equipment transport to ensure on-time arrival at various project sites.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HVAC/R service and repair.
- Active EPA License for handling refrigerants.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial-grade equipment independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for relaying critical field information.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced technical training or certifications in specialized commercial refrigeration systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced field operations environment with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated history of reliability and punctuality in a mobile service role.
