Pay Grade Range: $67,230 - $79,821 (This is a representation of the position’s entire base salary pay grade range. Starting base pay is based on an individual’s skills and experience. Additional opportunities for commission earnings are available.)
Status: This is a full-time; salaried position
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

JOB SUMMARY: As theInside Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for generating revenue by selling products or services primarily over the phone or through digital channels. Your duties include identifying and contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting product information, qualifying the opportunities, and closing sales deals. You will also be using CRM systems to manage customer data and track progress. Effective communication, persuasion, and a strong understanding of the offerings are key skills in this role, as you work to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Identifying and researching potential opportunities through various sources, including databases, social media, and industry publications.
- Conducting outbound calls and emails to initiate contact with key contacts & accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to communicate their value to customers effectively.
- Creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
- Consulting with designers, general contractors, & subcontracts to create win-win-win solutions.
- Providing tours of facilities and educating the clients on the production process, capabilities, and possibilities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date, and qualified sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Collaborating with the estimating team to prepare accurate and competitive price quotes for potential customers.
- Coordinate with field sales representatives to provide support and ensure a seamless handover of leads and information to accurately convert to viable opportunities.
- Working with the production teams to identify opportunities for value engineering, cost savings, or product improvements to meet customer needs.
- Working closely with internal departments, including marketing, project management, drafting, and production, to ensure consistent communication and a cohesive customer experience.
- Negotiate price, conditions, credit terms, delivery requirements and all detailing conditions.
- The ability to travel domestically as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Post-Secondary education or experience in job related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle and organize multiple priorities and lead people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
