Pay Grade Range: $19.00 - $28.11 (This is representative of the positions entire pay grade range. Starting pay is based on an individual’s skills and experience)
Status: This is a part-time; hourly position
Hours: Average of 20-25 hours a week, requires a flexible schedule

JOB DUTIES & SKILLS:
As the Housekeeping Assistant, you will perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to:
As the Housekeeping Assistant, you will perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to:
- Standard weekly and seasonal cleaning and laundering
- Resetting rooms/houses during customer visits
- Thorough cleaning and laundering after customer visits
- Frequent meal preparation and occasional baking
- Other housekeeping duties at all Coldspring guest houses in Minnesota
- Occasional meetings set up and clean up, sometimes at off-site locations
- Attention to detail; ensuring all houses are thoroughly cared for and inspected according to Coldspring standards
- Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance and safety
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and equipment, techniques, and methods
- Must be a reliable team player
- Must be customer-oriented and friendly
- Good listening and communication skills
- Must be able to adapt to any situation
- Creative in planning and organizing
- Must have high energy, physical stamina, and mobility
- Knowledge of the English language
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Will have exposure to outdoor and indoor elements
- Climbing of steps
- Ability to lift, push and/or pull required load (average 30 lbs)
