We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person with a strong CRM administration background that will work with our commercial department who will manage and optimize the company’s HubSpot CRM system to enhance sales and marketing efforts. This position reports to a Director of Marketing.
The HubSpot CRM Administrator is responsible for providing support, user training, issue resolution, sales reporting, platform development, and leadership for the CRM platform. This individual will help to maximize the adoption of CRM usage during a global deploying to align with the organization’s operational goals. They work with cross- functional teams to understand their needs and develop custom solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Administration - manage CRM roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups; perform database maintenance and testing.
- Database Management - oversee the data cleansing and ensure up-to-date information for effective targeting and personalization. Create customer lists for segmentation and personalization.
- Workflow Automation - identify opportunities to automate and streamline sales and marketing processes
using CRM workflows, lead scoring, and assignment rules. - Identify issues and coordinate resolutions
- Develop and lead CRM user training
- Coordinate CRM improvement efforts; internally and externally
- Assist with other IT projects as needed, such as building analytical dashboards, helping integrate data streams, etc.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in computer science; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
- 3 years’ experience as a CRM Administrator (preferably HubSpot), including upgrades, maintenance of databases, managing user roles, importing data, creating reports / dashboards, developing and leading training, and resolving configuration issues.
- HubSpot Sales and Marketing certificates a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, multinational team setting maintaining a global mindset to achieve organizational goals in various regions of the world.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and do not now, and will not in the future, require sponsorship for employment visa status to work for our company.

- The ideal candidate will have experience creating managing HubSpot accounts and have a strong understanding of sales and marketing best practices.
This is a full-time position and the administrator will work a hybrid schedule while collaborating with sales, marketing and C-level stakeholders in different worldwide locations. The administrator will have an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and grow their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be willing to travel internationally 10-20% of time.
Salary : $62,900 - $79,700
