Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Dealership Porter/Reconditioning Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Safely move and park vehicles within the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement and organization according to dealership standards and Cold Brook parking regulations
- Vehicle reconditioning tasks, including cleaning, detailing, minor touch-ups, and ensuring vehicles meet quality standards before delivery
- Support the delivery process by assisting drivers during pick-up or drop-off
- Maintain cleanliness of the dealership lot, including sweeping, washing, and organizing parking areas to uphold a professional appearance
- Pick up parts for ongoing jobs
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Valid driver’s license with manual transmission experience; comfortable driving various vehicle types within dealership premises
- Knowledge of Cold Brook parking regulations and safe driving practices within a dealership setting
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and vendors
- Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive operations is preferred but not required
- Delivery driver experience is a plus
