Cold Stone Creamery in Crown Point and Valparaiso is a small family owned business. We are co-branded for Cold Stone and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Our goal is to provide the ultimate ice cream experience for individuals to come enjoy in a safe family friendly environment. The role of Manager is to run the day to day operations of our Crown Point location up to and including: making ice cream and ice cream novelties (cakes, cupcakes, etc.), train and supervise staff, work with customers and customer service, handle inventory, make bank deposits, and other general management responsibilities. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, has the ability to muli-task, works well in a team environment and someone who can be professional, agile and creative. Someone can handle the responsibilities of running the day to day operations of an ice cream shop.

**Job Overview:**
