Cold Stone Creamery in Lacey is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team in a daytime production role.

This position typically works 9:00 AM–4:00 PM and is primarily focused on behind-the-scenes production and preparation. You'll help make sure our store is fully stocked and ready so our evening team can focus on providing an amazing experience to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Make fresh ice cream
• Prepare and decorate ice cream cakes and cupcakes
• Make waffle cones and bowls
• Complete daily production and prep lists
• Put away truck order
• Stock ingredients, products, and supplies for the evening shift
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and food-safe
• Follow Cold Stone recipes and quality standards

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, enjoys hands-on work, and can work independently. You should be comfortable staying focused, managing your time, and taking pride in getting the day's production completed.

Previous restaurant, bakery, kitchen, or cake-decorating experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person.
