Job Description:
We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to serve up smiles and ice cream! As a Cold Stone Crew Member, you’ll hand-mix creations on the frozen stone, sing for tips, and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and a smile
- Prepare and mix custom ice cream orders
- Operate the register and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and stock in the front and back of house
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Open and/or close the store following proper procedures
- Ensure all tasks are completed and shift goals are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve minor issues
- Monitor product quality and inventory levels
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Nice to have: experience with cake frosting or decoration
