Create the kind of experience guests talk about after they leave.

This is much more than scooping ice cream. You will help turn birthdays, date nights, family outings, and ordinary days into memorable moments—while learning how a high-quality store operates behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests, learn what they want, make thoughtful recommendations, and create customized ice cream experiences.
• Work with urgency during busy periods without sacrificing warmth, accuracy, presentation, or product quality.
• Operate the register accurately and keep the guest line moving.
• Keep ingredients, mix-ins, cups, and service areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Make fresh ice cream, prepare mix-ins, build novelty products, and support cake production as the shift requires.
• · Notice what needs attention, solve problems within your authority, and involve a leader when the situation requires it.
• · Support teammates so the entire store—not just your station—succeeds.

How Your Shifts Will Usually Feel

Evenings and weekends are generally our busiest guest periods. You will spend much of the shift serving guests, creating custom orders, keeping the line moving, stocking the service area, and maintaining production while the store is busy. Production work remains part of the role; the balance changes with guest traffic and store needs.

Position Requirements

• Availability that matches the needs stated in the posting, including required evenings, weekends, or weekday daytime hours.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to report to every scheduled shift on time.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates and to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand and move for most of the shift; bend, reach, perform repetitive hand motions, and safely lift or carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work around food, dairy products, cleaning products, cold surfaces, and typical restaurant equipment.
• Must meet all legal age and work-permit requirements applicable to the location and scheduled hours.
