We are seeking a Crew Leader to join the team at Cold Stone Creamery in Sartell, MN

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or food service preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from the store
- Flexible/open availability is a plus
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Daily tasks include making ice cream, making ice cream cakes and cupcakes, preparing delicious ice cream treats for customers. This includes scooping ice cream, making shakes and smoothies. Accurately using our POS system, restocking inventory as needed, keeping a clean store appearance and most of all greet customers with a smile and welcoming attitude. Aside from the fun and fast-paced team environment, we offer flexible work schedules, competitive pay and other perks such as ice cream!!
Our crew members must be outgoing, personable, and show a willingness to go the extra mile to provide the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience for each and every customer. You will have to work well with others because we are all a team.
