Front End Counter Staff

· Ensures that the front desk and entire sales floor is SNCO (Safe, Neat, Clean and Organized) and supports the 5 Commitments to success.

o Greet our customers

o Stock our store for our customers

o Price our merchandise for our customers

o Take our customers money (quickly and efficiently)

o Thank our customers

· Accepts money in the form of cash, credit card/debit card for customer purchases.

· Assists customers with locating various products, providing information and helping with special orders etc.

· Processes merchandise exchanges and returns.

· Bag, box customer’s purchases and offer to carry items to customer’s vehicle.

· Ensures all safety and OSHA standards are being met on salesfloor and customer access areas.

· Works with warehouse/receiving team members to assist with stocking, pricing and re-merchandising products.

· Adheres to all CSF Inc. policies and procedures.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

The employee is required to sit; walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Required Education and Experience

Basic computer skills (POS ordering systems).

Basic business math (addition, subtraction, fractions).

Must be able to count money.
