Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid or remote role for an Associate Attorney who is Alaska-barred. The Associate Attorney will handle legal research, draft legal documents, provide professional legal advice, negotiate agreements, and represent clients in various practice areas, including probate, estate planning, civil litigation, and transactional matters. The role also involves reviewing case files, advising clients, and working collaboratively with the firm's legal team.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practice in Law, including probate, estate planning, civil litigation, and transactional matters
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law practices
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice tailored to client needs
- Solid skills in comprehensive Research and drafting legal documents
- Experience and proficiency in Negotiation to resolve disputes effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active bar license in Alaska (Arizona license is a plus but not required)
- Commitment to professional ethics, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills
