Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bartender position located in Nashville, TN. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages expertly while providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, managing cash and card transactions, and contributing to the overall environment and efficiency of the venue.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, drink recipes, and beverage presentation
- Customer service skills, interpersonal communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in handling cash, credit card transactions, and using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintain composure under pressure, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Experience in maintaining cleanliness and restocking bar supplies while adhering to health and safety regulations
- Must meet the minimum age requirement for serving alcohol as determined by local laws
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, but not required if the candidate possesses a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Up-to-date Alcohol Server training and certification (e.g., TABC certification)
