Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through every stage of the insurance purchasing process. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to build your sales expertise and financial independence by focusing on performance-driven earnings.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In this hybrid role, your daily activities will revolve around:

• Prospecting and Outreach: Identifying and contacting potential clients through various virtual channels to introduce insurance solutions.
• Needs Assessment: Engaging with prospects to understand their unique insurance needs and financial goals.
• Solution Presentation: Clearly and persuasively presenting relevant insurance policies and benefits via phone and video calls.
• Pipeline Management: Maintaining and nurturing a sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
• Deal Closing: Effectively negotiating terms and finalizing sales agreements to secure new policies.
• Client Relationship Building: Establishing strong rapport and trust with clients, even without in-person interaction, to foster long-term relationships.
• Communication: Utilizing phone, video conferencing, and written correspondence to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Compensation

This role is structured around strong commission potential, offering meaningful earning opportunities for high-achievers. Expected yearly earnings range from $10,000 to $20,000 USD, directly tied to your sales performance.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Access to a mobile device.
• The ability to build rapport and trust with clients over phone and video calls.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and effective client interaction.
