Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager, based in one of our local offices in New London, Lyme, Woodsville, New Hampshire, or Windsor, Vermont. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, handling policy reviews, processing renewals, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring outstanding customer service. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, professional experience for clients while identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling insurance solutions.
Hybrid or Remote work is possible and available on a case-by-case basis.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Account Management and Insurance, with demonstrated ability to manage and maintain client accounts
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide personalized, client-focused support and clear correspondence
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to identify and seize cross-selling opportunities
- Proficiency in using technology and software tools to manage client information and streamline processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in the insurance industry is required, with a focus on commercial insurance preferred
- Property and Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe
- Commitment to providing excellent service through detail-oriented and solutions-focused approaches
