911 Dispatcher – Emergency Communications

We’re seeking calm, reliable, and compassionate individuals to answer emergency and non-emergency calls, gather critical information, and dispatch police, fire, and EMS resources. This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and sound judgment under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Answer and process 911 and administrative calls
- Dispatch appropriate emergency services
- Maintain accurate and detailed call records
- Provide instructions and support to callers until help arrives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Ability to remain calm during stressful situations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Shift availability:
