What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Salesperson (Hourly + Commission) position at Colaw RV Sales?
We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Parts Salesperson in our RV parts department. This role involves assisting customers with part selection, processing sales transactions, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.. This position pays an hourly wage as well as a monthly commission on the parts department profits.
Requirements:
- Assist in-store customers looking for RV parts & accessories
- Receive incoming customer calls for part orders and prices
- Order varying RV parts & accessories through our supplier website
- Process parts returns and exchanges
- Accurately ring up merchandise and take payment from both in-store customers & over-the-phone customers
- Checking the salvage yard for various needed parts
- Knowledge of basic computer/typing skills
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Must be available to work required alternating Saturday shifts 9am-3pm
- Must be 18 years or older
Pay/Hours:
- Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Saturdays 9:00AM-3:00PM
- Hours are Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays
- Hourly wage ($14.00 - $15.00) commission
- Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
- 401K Matching Plan
- Vacation time earned after first year of employment for full time employees
- Closed for major holidays (New Years Eve & New Years Day, Memorial Weekend & Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend & Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thurs. - Sat.), Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
