About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Fitness Manager / Fitness Sales Director to lead one primary club location while overseeing the personal training departments across five additional fitness facilities. This role is ideal for a proven leader who can drive sales performance, develop fitness professionals, and ensure excellence in personal training fulfillment.

The ideal candidate thrives on coaching teams, achieving sales goals, and delivering exceptional member results through both 1-on-1 and small group (4–6 clients) training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Fitness Managers and Trainers across multiple clubs to meet company standards in sales, service, and client results.
• Personally sell and fulfill training programs to model excellence and create repeatable success systems.
• Conduct live and virtual (Zoom) sales workshops to train Fitness Managers on proven processes for selling and delivering high-quality training.
• Implement training and onboarding programs to ensure consistent service and performance across all locations.
• Partner with corporate leadership to plan and execute regional sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Review and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Support staff with client success, retention, and program development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in fitness management, sales leadership, or multi-location operations.
• Proven track record of selling fitness programs and coaching others to do the same.
• Experience managing 10 team members or multiple departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Zoom.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and client management software.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
