What You Will Do:
Drive Sales & Fuel the Ministry
- Capitalize on Hot Leads: We deliver interested leads to your club every single day. You and your team will connect with prospects to bring them in for an unforgettable "WOW" experience.
- Crush the 10% Conversion Target: Industry stats show 17% of gym members want a coach. Your mission is to ensure your team converts at least 10% of new members into premium training clients.
- Deliver Personalized Blueprints: Conduct gym tours, health screenings, and welcome workouts to map out the perfect wellness plan for our members' goals and budgets.
Create an Exceptional Member Experience
- Serve with Grace: Cultivate a joyful, supportive, and welcoming gym family where every single soul feels seen, valued, and safe.
- Solve with Excellence: Handle member concerns quickly, keeping retention high and the environment positive.
Lead, Mentor & Disciple a Winning Team
- Build a Christ-Centered Culture: Coach, mentor, and inspire your front desk staff and fitness coaches to perform at their highest potential.
- Own the Numbers: Track key performance metrics, oversee the personal training department's "Client Journey," and push your club to smash daily and monthly sales targets to secure your bonuses!
