The Role
We're looking for a an engineer who wants to build AI-powered workflows that solve real problems in one of the most complex commercial environments in the world. You'll work directly with the founding team to design, build, and iterate on agentic AI workflows across commercial pharma functions — including HCP marketing, medical affairs, market access, patient advocacy, and regulatory.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be writing code, building pipelines, integrating data sources, and helping shape the product from the ground up. What You'll Work On
- Building and deploying agentic AI workflows for commercial pharma use cases
- Integrating our 200K clinician intelligence panel into workflow outputs
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines that feed real-time clinical and market signals into agent decision-making
- Building compliant, auditable output layers that meet pharma regulatory standards
- Contributing to the technical architecture as the product scales
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2–4 years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python and comfort working with APIs and data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with LLMs — prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or building on top of foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar)
- Strong communication skills — you'll work closely with non-technical stakeholders and need to translate between product, clinical, and engineering
- Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity — we're building in a space that's moving fast
- A collaborative and team-focused approach
- Comfortable with fast moving projects and iterative customer inputs
Preferred
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases
- Experience building workflow automation or orchestration tools
- Understanding of pharma commercial functions — marketing, medical affairs, market access
