HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

CLEAR PATH TO $170K
- $25–$40/hr based on experience
- Commission: Potential $80K–$100K
- Bonuses & Spiffs: Potential $25K
- Total Earning Potential: $100K–$170K

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering a five-star customer experience. You'll educate homeowners, present repair and system-improvement options, and identify IAQ and replacement opportunities while helping customers make the best decisions for their homes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4 years residential HVAC experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Confident communicator who can explain options to homeowners
- Driven, competitive, coachable, and accountable
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong English communication skills for customer interaction and documentation
