Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of deliverables.
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
- Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure billing and invoicing are accurate.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing accounts.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Los Angeles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A collaborative attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in marketing, tech, advertising industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
