Colab Marketing Group is a national field marketing agency specializing in experiential marketing, event staffing, and third-party sales. We partner with premium brands across cannabis, spirits, wellness, and lifestyle.
Every activation starts with a kit - branded assets, demo materials, signage, giveaways, and product. Our Denver garage is where kits get built, shipped, returned, and reconciled.
THE ROLE
You'll run our kit operation: inventory accuracy, kit builds, ship-outs, returns, and knowing where our assets are. You'll also work Colorado activations for load-in and load-out. When a kit comes back short or damaged, you catch it and report it.
This starts part-time with room to grow as our event volume grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the garage: inventory accuracy, kit builds, and asset tracking
- Handle ship-outs and returns for Colorado and out-of-state activations
- Receive, consolidate, and reconcile kits when they come back
- Keep storage organized, labeled, and ready for audit
- Support Colorado activations on site - load-in, load-out, transport
- Work directly with our ops lead so nothing gets missed between the garage and the field
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially with counts and labeling
- Dependable - you meet ship dates
- Honest about discrepancies, damage, and shortages
- Able to work independently, and willing to ask when something's unclear
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - the work isn't only at the garage
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly, and stand, bend, and reach for most of a shift
- Warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or event production experience is a plus
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- $25-30/hour depending on experience
- Part-time, around 15 hours a week to start, heavier during large activation weeks
- Flexible days - we set the week's schedule together
- Based at our Denver garage, with some work at other Colorado locations and event sites
- Training and support from our ops team
- Room to grow as the role and our event volume grow
