Key Qualifications:
- Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
Responsibilities:
- The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse who is responsible to provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities on an assigned skilled nursing unit. The RN Unit Manager ensures nursing activities are conducted in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
